Great house poor location.
Positive: Clean, everything we needed was provided, good communication. New bathrooms and kitchen, very nice house.
Negative: The location was very poor, litter and rats outside in the road. Area did not feel very safe, parking in the road was bad and lots of damaged parked cars.

House was exceptional value for the money.
Positive: Plus points - we all loved the house. Decorated lovely & very clean. Comfy beds, bonus all singles & 3 shower/toilets
Negative: Bit far out of town & area was a bit run down.
Would have been good to have at least one full length mirror. Some of the wires on the bedside lamps looked a bit threadbare/dangerous.
